Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that this is a business and scheduled time is reserved especially for you. When you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need, and revenue is lost.
In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and/or cancellations

the following fees will be applied to your

credit card on file:


Notification given at least 12 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will not receive a charge.
Notification given less than 12 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will receive a charge of 50% of the service booked.  
Failure to show up for your appointment i.e. a "NO SHOW" will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Etiquette:

*Please silence your phone during your appointment.  I want you to relax and enjoy your service without interruptions.

 

*Please arrive with a make up free face

*Please arrive on time

*If you are not sure what service you want to receive, please call at the time of scheduling so we can discuss the possibilities.

*If I am unavailable to answer the phone, please leave a message and I will return your phone call.  I will also return your text if you prefer to communicate by text message.

*Your Google, Yelp and Facebook reviews are welcome and very much appreciated.  However, if you were unhappy with your service, please contact me first so that I can work to resolve the issue.  I am a small business and bad reviews are detrimental to my success.
